All ingredients should be warm, so it is best to get them out of the refrigerator in advance. We crumble the yeast into a bowl and fill them with milk, only warm. Also add some sugar and flour.

Mix the dough and leave it in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Separately, beat the eggs with sugar, salt and sour cream. Now mix these two mixtures with half the flour and mix gently. We put the dough again in a warm place for 30 minutes. Melt the butter and cool it to room temperature. Pour it into the dough and add the remaining flour. Knead the dough and let it come. It takes about 1.5 hours. After that, we form buns with cinnamon and sugar and bake them in the oven.
Cinnamon and Sesame Buns
This recipe is unusual, because in addition to cinnamon, it also has sesame seeds. However, it is also worth a try. To prepare the dough, you will need 500 grams of good, sifted flour, 10 grams of salt, 75 grams of sugar, 100 grams of butter, 200 ml of warm water, two eggs and 12 grams of dry yeast. For the filling, you need to take a little vegetable oil, sugar, sesame seeds and cinnamon. We mix yeast with flour and add sugar, salt, eggs, warm water and melted butter to them.
Knead the dough and leave it for 50 minutes in a warm place. Then lightly crush it and wait another 30 minutes. After that, you can give the buns the correct shape.
