Necessary ingredients for cooking:
- 300 grams of milk;
- 130 grams of ordinary butter or ghee;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 glass of flour;
- 3 sausages;
- 2 pickles;
- 150 grams of hard cheese;
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tsp tomato paste;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 bunch of greenery;
- green onions (optional);
- olives and olives (optional);

The process of making jellied cake:
1. For the filling, you need to cut cucumbers, sausages, tomatoes, and cheese into thin strips, and onions - in half rings. Mix it all up.
2. Next, you need to prepare the sauce. First you need to chop very finely (but in no case press on the garlic) garlic and mix it with tomato paste. To somehow dilute the sauce, you should add a few tablespoons of water, depending on the resulting density. Add black pepper and a little green onion.
3. To prepare the dough, pour milk into a bowl, break the eggs, add butter and salt. In this mixture you need to gradually pour in flour and soda in small portions, while stirring until a homogeneous mass is obtained. It is advisable that there are no lumps left in the test. Jellied pies do not endure in a hurry, so the lumps need to be thoroughly mixed.
4. Next, you need to grease the baking dish with butter and pour a little less than half of the resulting dough there. Put the stuffing and tomato and garlic sauce on top. Pour all this with the remaining dough.
5. Cheese grated on a fine grater, mix with finely chopped herbs (dill and parsley) and sprinkle evenly on the dough. If desired, you can decorate with olives and olives. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees, put the cake for about 35 minutes.

The process of making jellied cake:
1. Chopped onions and potatoes should be fried in a pan until half cooked.
2. To prepare the dough, mix kefir, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and quenched with vinegar or essence of soda vinegar and beat until sour cream.
3. Next, grease the pan thoroughly with fat (or oil), pour exactly half of the semi-liquid dough prepared by us, and then spread the potatoes with onions and well-mashed canned fish on top. All this is filled with the rest of the dough.
4. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees, put the cake for about thirty to forty minutes.
The readiness of the dish is most conveniently checked with a wooden stick or a toothpick. The cake is non-greasy and has a very delicate, pleasant aroma and taste!
Jellied pies are a good alternative to regular yeast dough pies. At the same time, their baking does not take much time, and the taste is simply delicious.
