  • 60 grams of good butter;

  • 3-3.5 cups of sifted wheat flour.

First, put soft butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan or bowl, mix and place in a water bath. After that, remove the dishes from the bath (do not turn off the stove), cool a little and beat the eggs into the mixture.

This is not all - once again you need to put the pan in a water bath for about 4 minutes and heat it, stirring continuously. After the specified 4 minutes, add soda to the mixture - the viscous liquid will increase in volume.
