Chuikina Svetlana Pavlovna was born on 05/01/1975 in the Pskov region, in the city of Ostrov. Her father was a military man, and soon he was transferred to work in Volgograd, where the girl spent her childhood. She studied Light very well, was an activist, studied in many circles. Work at the Drama Theater
Svetlana came to the troupe of this theater immediately after the conservatory. However, she worked here only one season, during which she managed to mark herself in such productions as “The Apostle Paul”, “The Cherry Orchard”, “Platonov”, “The Bear”, “Living Portrait”, “Madness of Love”. In 1998, the girl went to conquer the capital, as almost all graduates of such provincial educational institutions did at that time. However, Moscow had enough of its graduates, because the capital's theaters were in no hurry to open their doors to a young actress who did not even have a residence permit. Finally, she got a job in the youth theater "Modern", although with great difficulty. And no one offered good roles anyway. It got to the point that she received an offer to clean the floors there, which the girl was very indignant at and quit. Then Svetlana Chuikina tried to enter VGIK, but unsuccessfully. In 1999, terrorist attacks began to take place in the capital, because of which Svetlana returned to her parents in Volgograd, where she got a job in NET. The head of the theater warned the girl immediately that it would be difficult to play with roles. Indeed, the repertoire did not suit her at all, because Svetlana was a dramatic actress. She worked only one season and realized that she couldn’t go on like this, something needed to be done: either quit the profession altogether, or again try her luck in Moscow. Fateful meeting
Nevertheless, Svetlana went to Moscow, and her parents asked her to fulfill one request - to hand over a bag of fish to her father’s friend, Vadim. The girl now recalls how uncomfortable she was with this program, but the promise must be fulfilled. She arrived at the office of Vadim, they met, talked and immediately felt that this was only the beginning of their relationship. Before Svetlana left office, two hours later Vadim called her and said that he wanted to introduce her to his son from her first marriage. Bad start to a movie career
Soon Vadim introduced his wife to the director Foliyants Karine, who, incidentally, was also from Volgograd. She just wanted to make a movie according to her personal scenario. The filming began, but, unfortunately, the funds to continue them at a certain stage were not enough, and that's where it all ended. The only plus is that Svetlana’s portfolio fell into the Max agency, where directors Valery Uskov and Vladimir Krasnopolsky almost immediately drew attention to him.
