The "Fast" chicken can be made very simple. To do this, mix the juice of several lemons with pepper, salt and aromatic herbs. The bird will need to be thoroughly grated with this mixture and left for twenty minutes. Before placing in the sleeve, coat it with honey, so that as a result, a delicious crust appears.

Chicken "Honey" is prepared on the basis of a mixture of soy sauce, mustard with grains, ground pepper and, of course, honey. In such a dressing, meat or poultry must lie for at least twelve hours. Next, the chicken is placed in a special package, baked for 50 minutes. The chicken baked in the sleeve is fully prepared.

The mayonnaise chicken is especially juicy. You will need to mix mayonnaise with pepper and onion mugs. Coat the bird with the resulting mixture, leave in the marinade for twelve hours. After that, put it in a bag along with peeled potatoes, send it to the oven for about one hour. Chicken baked in a sleeve with mayonnaise and a side dish, served with vegetables.

You can offer another recipe for this dish. In this case, the chicken baked in the sleeve is stuffed with vegetables. It will be necessary to chop large onions, carrots, pumpkin and boil them a little in salted water to get al dende vegetables. At this time, smear the bird with a mixture, as in the previous recipe, not forgetting that inside it also needs to be carefully lubricated. Boiled vegetables are also mixed with mayonnaise, placed inside the chicken, and the abdomen is sutured. Now the bird can be sent to the sleeve. Goose baked in a sleeve with prunes and apples. You will need a bird with a weight of at least three kilograms. Now we pickle the goose in a mixture of mayonnaise, pepper and salt, put it in a cellophane film and put it in the refrigerator for twelve hours. It must be borne in mind that everything needs to be coated, especially the abdomen of a bird. The next day, cut the apples into slices and mix them with scalded prunes. If the dried fruits are large, then you can cut into two parts. All the filling is placed in the abdomen, which is sutured. Now on the baking sheet should be put the cut wings, on them with their backs down the goose placed in the bag. We must not forget to make injections so that excess fat is melted. Lamb baked in a sleeve will be cooked for at least two hours. The simplest recipe is to cook a lamb leg. The key to success is a universal filling, which consists of finely chopped garlic, crushed rosemary and thyme. It should be mixed with cubes of lard and salt. This mixture needs more. Now, very deep cuts are made in the meat over the entire surface, and the filling is placed in them. The leg should be rubbed with a mixture of garlic, pepper and salt, sent to a baking sleeve and kept in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. The next day, put peeled potatoes around the meat and send to bake for 2 hours. Lamb in such a dressing is unique.
