The main dishes of sour cream are equally varied. Here, for example, is a recipe for fish in sour cream. A fragrant dish with a delicate creamy taste. Best for him is a large marine fish with a minimum number of bones. For one fish, one onion, 250 g sour cream, spices, flour and frying oil will be needed.

Then pour sour cream, diluted with water, sprinkle with dried herbs, mix and stew until cooked.
