Cooking process
We heat the pan, on which we fry the walnuts for five minutes. Then we turn off the fire and introduce honey. Constantly stirring, continue to brown nuts with honey for a few more minutes. We shift them onto a plate slightly greased with vegetable or olive oil. We are preparing a gas station. To do this, mix mustard, vinegar, olive oil and salt. Beat the ingredients with a fork, otherwise you may damage the mustard seeds. We tear the iceberg salad with our hands and put it in a deep bowl. “Dor blue” cut into small pieces of a triangular shape. First we cut the pear into four parts and remove the core.
