Salted cucumbers: a classic Russian recipe
In Russia, a special relationship to light-salted cucumbers . Despite the fact that the classic recipe is a proven and, of course, the best way to pickle cucumbers, recently, modern housewives have come up with a more convenient and easy recipe, for which you need to have an ordinary plastic bag on hand, small cucumbers, green

The new recipe is called “Salted Cucumber in a Bag”. This method of salting does not require much time and effort. Even the most inexperienced housewife will cope with it. Cucumbers in this way can be cooked on a picnic, in the garden, right next to the garden, and even in the car, on the way from the cottage home. Cucumbers must be thoroughly washed and dried before packing. They must be fresh, without damage. Each fruit must be cut in half. However, if they are very small, then simply cut the ponytails. In one package, you can put 0.5-1 kg of cucumbers, not more. Then put two cloves of garlic (coarsely chopped), dill and a tablespoon of salt. You can also put horseradish so that the salted cucumber in the bag turns out to be crispy. After all the ingredients are placed in a plastic bag, the open end will need to be tied tightly, to be securely put in another bag and shaken well so that the salt is evenly distributed. After this procedure, put the cucumbers in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
Of course, after that, the salted cucumber in the bag, or rather from the bag, can immediately be served on the table as a snack or used in a salad, such as a vinaigrette. Nevertheless, we recommend putting the bag in the refrigerator and shaking it from time to time. In this case, the cucumbers on the table will be cold and crispy, which will give their taste a special charm.
