Pizza at home - simple and tasty

Who doesn't like hot pizza that has just been taken out of the oven? It is cooked everywhere. Pizza at home is prepared in the same way as in restaurants or cafes. Today there are a huge number of types of this wonderful dish.

Cooking it is very simple, because it is a circle of dough, greased with oil and tomato sauce, and on top of it is a filling for every taste.

Pizza dough is an ordinary bread dough without any additives. Home-made pizza allows you to experiment with various fillings, treat yourself to all kinds of desired combinations of products, which a cafe or restaurant cannot offer.

To prepare a pizza dough, the following ingredients are needed: 700 g of flour, two teaspoons of salt, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and a little to lubricate, 20 g of fresh yeast, 450 ml of warm water. Preparation will take about thirty minutes and you will need to wait about an hour for the dough to rise. The dough is about twenty minutes.

First sift the flour and salt into a warm (warmed) container. Grind the yeast with 150 ml of warm water and put in a warm place for 10 - 15 minutes. After this time, add the dough to the flour and mix with the remaining amount of water. Knead the dough. It is advisable to knead for about ten minutes to obtain the desired elasticity. Add two tablespoons of butter to the dough. Knead so that the oil is absorbed as evenly as possible throughout the test. Then you should make a ball from the dough, put it in a pre-greased container (grease with oil) and cover with cling film. Place the container in a warm place and wait about an hour for the dough to double.

Now you need to make a cake. Pizza at home involves making a cake, the size of a baking sheet of an existing oven or less. As a rule, the size is 23 - 25 centimeters.

First you need to knock out the finished dough with your fist, knead and roll it into a future cake. Put on a baking sheet, which must first be greased with oil. In order for the pizza toppings to remain on the cake and not to drip onto the baking sheet, you need to properly arrange its side - raise and slightly bend the edge of the dough around the perimeter somewhere around a centimeter. Lubricate the cake and put the filling.

Preparing pizza in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. You need to check the readiness on the bottom - raise with a spatula and look at the dough from below.

One of the most common types of pizza is Margarita pizza. The recipe for cooking it is not complicated. It differs in a kind of simple filling - tomatoes and mozzarella. For the preparation of one pizza usually take 200 g of cheese, 200 g of tomatoes, spices to taste. Tomatoes are cut into slices and evenly distributed over the cake, pre-greased with oil and tomato sauce. Cheese is rubbed and evenly placed on tomatoes. Baked for about fifteen minutes. Serve best immediately hot.

Pizza at home can be cooked with various fillings. For example, in order to cook Sicilian pizza, you need to spread the cake with tomato sauce, arrange the colored bell peppers, sliced โ€‹โ€‹in strips and pre-stewed in oil, add sliced โ€‹โ€‹sausages and champignons, sliced โ€‹โ€‹in slices, tomato mugs and grated cheese.
