Cooking minced chicken

Thus, white poultry meat needs to be washed, separated from bones, skin and cartilage, and then chopped in a meat grinder along with onions. Next, the minced meat must be seasoned with salt, pepper and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Frying the filling in a pan
Like other types of similar dishes, lavash lasagna is also prepared using minced meat. In order for such a dinner to cook quickly and turn out to be as aromatic as possible, it is recommended to fry the filling in advance in a pan.
