Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove the husk from the onion, and chop the pulp. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
  2. We wash the plums with tap water, remove the seeds, cut into cubes.

  1. Let's start by processing the fruits. They need to be washed in running water. We remove the bones. We divide each plum into two halves. Sent to a deep pan.
  2. Rinse and peel the apples. Remove the core. Cut into slices. Add to the plums. We put chopped onion and garlic there. Pour half a glass of water into the pan. We fall asleep all the above spices. Add sugar. Solim (1 tsp). Turn on the fire. We are waiting for the mass to boil.
