First of all, you need to do chicken. They wash it, dry it dry with disposable napkins, add salt, rub it with spices and briefly put aside. After some time, the marinated carcass is placed on a baking sheet and stuffed with carrot slices and apple slices. - 70 g of soft oil.
- 200 g of wheat flour.
- 500 ml of cow's milk.
- Baton.
- Salt, refined oil, seasonings and parsley.
The washed fillet is cut into small pieces and passed through a meat grinder. This delicious chicken main dish will surely appeal to lovers of spicy food. To prepare it, you will need:
- 6 chilled drumsticks.
- 30 g of soft oil.
- 150 g of mushrooms.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 2 tbsp. l mustard.
- 80 ml of 20% cream.
- ½ cup of filtered water.
- Thyme, salt and olive oil.
You need to start the process of preparing this dish with the processing of chicken legs. They are thoroughly washed, pat dry with disposable towels and fried in a mixture of butter and olive oils. Once they are browned, they are transferred to a clean plate, and coarsely chopped mushrooms and crushed garlic are sent to the freed pan. After some time, pour it all with water mixed with mustard, cream, salt and spices, and simmer it over low heat.
