Use a deep dish to knead the dough. Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat whites with salt and 50 gr. sugar to lush and thick foam. Pour kefir into a deep bowl or pan, and add baking powder for the dough. By the way, you can cook the baking powder yourself. Mix baking soda 5 gr., Citric acid 3 gr. and 10 gr. starch or flour. The baking powder is ready.

Now, carefully pour kefir into the container with egg mass and mix. Sift the flour. Sifted. Add vanilla sugar to the flour and carefully, gradually, gradually stirring, introduce the flour into the previously prepared egg-kefir mass. When the dough becomes thick enough, continue to knead it with your hands. The dough should be soft and supple, but should not stick to your hands. Just a little work left. Divide the resulting dough into small portions and roll the slightly flattened balls. Be sure to make a hole in the middle of each donut. What for? And according to the old Russian tradition, a hole is always made in donuts, otherwise it will no longer be a donut, but rather something similar to a donut. Fry. Take the pan deeper. It will take a lot of oil. In order for the kefir dumplings to be thoroughly fried and turned golden, it is necessary that the oil cover them half. Fry the crumpets on both sides. We spread our yummy on a paper towel first (it absorbs excess oil), and then on a large dish.

This wonderful dessert is served with tea. You can sprinkle the crumpets with powdered sugar, dip them in melted chocolate and crushed nuts, sprinkle them with bright confectionery sprinkles. Here it is a matter of your imagination!

The recipe for lush pancakes on kefir is very simple. And cooking will take quite a bit of time. The ingredients are almost the same as for the crumpets: kefir 1/2 liter, 4 eggs chicken, sugar 50 gr. (the less sugar there is, the more pancakes will fit during cooking), 2.5 cups flour, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of soda (without a slide), 15 gr. baking powder.

Everything is simple. Mix eggs, kefir, salt and sugar. Stir well and gradually add flour. And where is the soda and baking powder? They are added at the very end, when the dough is almost ready. It depends on how magnificent the pancakes will be.

Just like when frying donuts, you need a large amount of oil. Only fry lush pancakes under the lid. Fry on both sides, put on a dish. Serve pancakes for aromatic tea with honey. Have a tea and enjoy!
