The turkey and potatoes in the oven are juicy and delicious. With proper heat treatment, such a dish is considered dietary. However, we decided to make a hearty dinner, which includes the maximum number of simple and inexpensive vegetables.

Necessary components for the dish:

  • medium-sized carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • potato tubers - 2 pcs.;
  • turkey fillet - 600 g;
  • white onion - 2 pcs.;
  • cloves of garlic - 2 pcs.;
  • Bulgarian yellow pepper - 1 pc.;
  • fresh parsley, dill - a bunch;
  • mayonnaise - 150 g;
  • thick kefir - 200 ml;
  • ground black pepper, aromatic seasonings, small salt - to taste;
  • small tomatoes - 4 pcs.
