  • curry - a teaspoon (one);
  • coriander (ground) - a little (a couple of pinches);
  • potatoes - four to six pieces;
  • cauliflower - two hundred grams;
  • asparagus beans - one hundred fifty to two hundred grams.

First you need to make a marinade for chicken and vegetables. To do this, take all the greens and chopped quite finely. After that, walnuts are peeled and chopped. Greens and nuts are laid out in dishes (deep), soy sauce, curry and coriander are added there. All is well kneaded. Colo flows in half a liter of water. Chicken is placed in this marinade. While it is pickled, vegetables are peeled and washed, and also placed in the marinade for ten, you can fifteen minutes.

Structure:

  • chicken (legs) - six knocks;
  • potatoes - twelve pieces;
  • salt, seasoning - to your taste;
  • mayonnaise - six tablespoons;
  • greens (dill, onions).

This chicken in a double boiler is prepared as follows:

First, the potatoes are peeled and washed. Then the foil is taken, six identical pieces are cut from it (thirty-five centimeters each). A chicken leg is put in the center, which is pre-seasoned and salted, next to it is a potato (a couple of pieces), which is cut into eight parts and also seasoned. All this is smeared with half a tablespoon of mayonnaise and covered with greens. The foil is wrapped. So you need to do with each leg. The dish is cooked in a double boiler for about fifty minutes.

A chicken in a double boiler with potatoes, carrots, peppers and other vegetables

Structure:

  • chicken (breast) - two (if small - three) pieces;
  • sweet pepper (Bulgarian) - three to four pieces;
  • potatoes - eight to ten pieces;
  • onions (onions) - two onions;
  • carrots - two (medium) pieces;
  • cabbage (cauliflower) - two to three handfuls;
  • seasoning (salt and spices) - to taste.

Cooking:

First you need to clean and wash all the vegetables.

Then they need to be cut:

- potatoes - in large circles;

- bow - rings;

- carrots - in circles. If young, then it can be thick (like potatoes), but if it has been lying for a long time, then it is better to cut into thin circles, as it may not be completely steamed;

- pepper - each in eight to ten parts (like a thick straw).

Potatoes are salted and laid out in the lower container. The remaining one is placed at the top. On top of it, cabbage is laid out, then carrots and onions and pepper (salt everything). On top is a chicken, salted and seasoned.

It takes about an hour to cook the dish.

Serve chicken with vegetables with your favorite sauce, chopped herbs and fresh vegetable salad.

Structure:

  • salad - ten leaves;
  • cherry tomatoes - five to six pieces;
  • cucumbers - two;
  • onion (feather) - optional.

Cooking:

Lettuce break. Cherry cut into four pieces (each). Cucumbers cut into circles. Chop the onion. You can season the salad with lemon juice or salt and olive oil.
