Rice Casserole

Rice casserole is the perfect breakfast for the whole family on a day off. There is no need for rush, you have to stay a little longer at the stove and conjure in the kitchen. You can, of course, prepare a simpler breakfast, but we will not dwell on ordinary porridge or fried eggs. Today, our table will be decorated with a real culinary masterpiece - cottage cheese and rice casserole with cherry sauce.

To do this, we need the following ingredients:
• rice;
• raisins;
• cottage cheese;
• raw eggs;
• sugar;
• sour cream

Cottage cheese and rice casserole need a shape. To process it, you will need butter and breadcrumbs. We will serve the finished dish with cherry sauce. To make it, you need cherries, sugar and sour cream.

We will have a rice casserole, so you need to cook friable rice. While the rice is being cooked, it is necessary to rinse, scald and dry the raisins on a napkin. Beat eggs with sugar and rub cottage cheese.

Mix cottage cheese with raisins and cooked rice. Add beaten eggs to the pan. Only after that we will oil with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs the molds, fill them with the cooked mass. On top, a casserole with rice and cottage cheese is smeared with sour cream. Now we send the filled molds to the oven for baking.
While baking a casserole, prepare cherry sauce. To do this, clear the cherries and cover with sugar. Let’s infuse for 30 minutes, add a small amount of water and put on low heat. Cook, stirring, the cherries until sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool and mix with sour cream.
Our delicious casserole with rice and cottage cheese is ready! Pour it with cherry sauce and serve. This is a full and hearty breakfast. If you do not want to prepare syrup, then you can serve the dish with sour cream, condensed milk or cream.

We sort and wash the rice. Pour it into boiling water and cook until cooked. We strain the boiled rice, season with butter and set to cool. Finely chop the onion and sauté to a pale golden color. Boil the fish, remove the bones. Pass the prepared fish along with the onion through the meat grinder. Salt, mix and combine with already chilled rice. We introduce an egg into the mixture, mix and lay on a sheet greased with oil. Level the resulting mass on a sheet, grease with sour cream and send to the oven. Before serving, rice casserole with fish is poured with butter.

For breakfast, you can prepare a diet casserole with carrots.

Essential Ingredients:

• milk;
• egg;
• butter;
• sour cream;
• salt.

Cooking this dish will take you no more than half an hour. We sort out the rice, rinse and send to boiling water. We cook it for only 4 minutes, filter, add sugar, butter, milk and salt to it. All mix and cool.

At this time, wash and clean the carrots. Rub it on a grater, put it in a pan, add some water and milk and put it to simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Combine chilled carrots and rice together, add a raw egg, mix thoroughly. Put the casserole on a greased leaf and cover with sour cream on top. We send the sheet to the oven for baking. Rice casserole with carrots can be served with sour cream, syrup or jelly.
