Pasta with meat, a simple recipe

Probably, now there is not a single person who has never eaten pasta. Pasta dishes are the most common. Mistresses love them mainly for the ease of preparation. Indeed, at the current pace of life, it is difficult for a woman to devote enough time to cooking. Of course, after a hard day, it’s easiest to cook something simple for dinner. This dish is not only tasty, but also nutritious. But, despite the fact that pasta is nutritious, it is almost impossible to recover from them, unless of course you consume them in reasonable quantities.

Now pasta is available to everyone, but in the XVIII century they were made exclusively by hand, and therefore only fairly wealthy people could taste this dish. But in the middle of the 18th century, they finally invented special equipment for the mass production of pasta. From that moment on, their value fell significantly and they began to spread rapidly across all sectors of the population. But if you like handmade pasta, then in some restaurants you can still cook such a dish right before your eyes. Naturally, such pasta will cost quite expensive.

At present, pasta is not cooked with anything. With meat, vegetables, with various sauces and gravy. They are compatible with almost all products. Many pasta attracted by its versatility. Just as you can put absolutely everything that is in the refrigerator in pizza, you can eat pasta with anything. They are prepared as an independent dish, soups with both meat and milk are cooked with them. Boiled pasta with meat is the most common main course.

Despite the fact that they are simple to prepare, nevertheless, this process requires attention and little experience. The most important thing in cooking pasta is a large amount of water. Five hundred grams of products require at least five liters of water. During cooking, they must be constantly stirred, otherwise you run the risk of getting a solid lump of vermicelli. Simultaneously with stirring, it is necessary to check their readiness, because the time indicated on the package is just an approximate guideline.

Well, now let's look at a fairly simple recipe, after reading which you can cook great pasta with meat. The recipe is not complicated and will not cause you any difficulty in cooking.

Pasta with meat in the oven.

Pasta with meat is certainly not the most dietary dish, but, nevertheless, very tasty. Cooking this casserole does not take much of your time.

So, for cooking you will need:

  • Half a kilogram of meat (beef or pork, which you prefer);
  • · Two hundred grams of pasta, preferably “tubes”;
  • · One medium onion;
  • A glass of tomato juice (200 ml);
  • · One hundred grams of cheese, preferably hard varieties;
  • · 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • · Salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Ten minutes is enough for frying. Add pepper, salt and a glass of tomato juice. In this form, stew the meat until it is quite soft. Separate the meat from the meat until golden brown and add it to the cooked meat.

Boil pasta in a large amount of salted water, then discard in a colander and rinse well with cold water. When the water drains well from the pasta, arrange them in a greased form with vegetable oil. Gently spread the cooked meat on top and grate the cheese.

Place the pasta and meat dish in the oven, preheated to about 200 degrees. Bake pasta until the top of the dish is browned. Serve the dish better when combined with hot tomato sauce.
