I want to spend more and more time not in four walls, but walking in the fresh air, in parks, on the banks of water bodies - in general, anywhere, but not at home. And then one of the enemies of any person in the summer comes on the scene - a sunstroke and his companion - overheating in the sun. They can occur in a person with a long stay in the sun without the ability to cool the body. Another leader in overheating is closed vehicles.
