Herring is one of the delicious fish, without which for a long time not a single feast in our country has been complete. Herring is combined with other types of fish in slices, dressed up in a "fur coat", served with fried and boiled potatoes. But many recipes take time and certain cooking skills. The simplest, but at the same time tasty dish is baked herring in the oven. Even a novice can cook it. A minimum of products will be required, and an explosion of taste emotions will be at maximum.
Oven Baked Herring

- Herring - two or three pieces.
- A pair of garlic cloves.

- 100 grams of regular hard cheese.

Cooking marinade
In order to prepare a marinade for this type of fish, you need to cut an orange in half and squeeze the juice from one half. Add some salt and black pepper to the juice. Pickle herring
The next step is pickling herring. Most often in stores you can find frozen fish, so before cooking it should be thawed at room temperature. Specialists do not recommend using a microwave oven.
