Manti with mushrooms and potatoes: several recipes

These mantas are great for fasting. They do not have meat and animal products. To prepare this unusual and rather festive dish, take the following ingredients:

  • 250 g of mushrooms (preferably champignons);
  • 3-4 small potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 glass of water;
  • 4 cups flour;
  • salt and spices.

Cooking

You can cook this dish both in the mantle cooker and in the double boiler, it will not affect the taste in any way. Next, we describe in detail how to cook manti with potatoes and mushrooms, a step-by-step recipe:

  1. Pour the flour into a deep bowl. Make a hole in it and pour water into it. Add salt immediately. Knead the dough, it should be steep and elastic. Wrap it in film and leave it for about half an hour.
  2. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the onions and mushrooms. Combine with potatoes, salt and pepper. This will be the filling.
  4. Mix the dough well, roll it into a thin layer and cut it into small squares.
  5. Lay out the filling in the middle of each piece and connect the edges of the square crosswise. After that, connect the resulting two tails.
  6. Place the manti with mushrooms and potatoes in a double-greased steamer and cook for about 30 minutes.

After the indicated time, put the manti in portions on plates. Put a little butter on top and sprinkle with herbs if desired.

This recipe for manti with potatoes and mushrooms is different in that meat is added to the filling. Potatoes will give a dish of satiety and a special taste. To prepare them, take the following products:

  • 300-350 g of flour;
  • 350 g of any stuffing;
  • 250 g of potatoes;
  • 150-200 g of mushrooms;
  • 1 egg
  • half a glass of water;
  • salt.

About 6-7 servings are obtained from this quantity of products. This dish may well be a family lunch or dinner for a large family. To cook manti with mushrooms and potatoes, follow these steps:

  1. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, egg and water to it. Knead a thick dough. If there is little water, you can add a little. Wrap the dough in cling film and send to a cold place for half an hour.
  2. Grind the mushrooms, and it is better to pass them through a meat grinder. Mix them with minced meat.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Combine with minced meat and mushrooms, salt, pepper.
  4. Roll out the dough into a layer and squeeze out circles with a glass. In the center of each cake, put about 1 tbsp. l fillings, collect the four corners to the center, and then connect the resulting tips together.
  5. Put the resulting workpieces in a double boiler (pressure cooker), pre-grease the pallets with butter. Cook for about 45-50 minutes.
