A series of Russian production entitled “The past knows how to wait” is the work of director Igor Nurislamov and producers Evgenia Vilshanskaya, Alexander Zhigun. The production of the series was carried out by the company "Swell film". The main roles in the film “The Past Can Wait” were played by famous actors: Tatyana Arntgolts, Elena Martynenko, Andrey Didik, Sergey Peregudov, Sergey Marin and others. The film was shot in the city of Zelenogorsk.
The plot of the series
Having quarreled with the groom, Polina went to live with her grandmother in her private house. Grandmother lives with one of her grandchildren - Leka, mentally retarded. The woman made the will so that the share of the inheritance due can only be received by the grandchildren, who at the time of reading the will will be in the house of her grandmother. Here, relatives begin to perish in a strange way, and the number of applicants for the inheritance decreases. Those remaining soon realize that the key to explaining the chain of tragic events should be sought in what happened two decades ago. There are many characters, and each has its own character.
Andrey Didik
The young actor (“The past knows how to wait”) was born in 1986. As a child, he decided to become an actor. Therefore, after graduation, he entered the Academy of Theater Arts of St. Petersburg. After graduating in 2014, Andrei began to participate in various productions.

This is a pretty impressive list for a 31 year old actor. The first and so far the only work in Andrei Didik’s movie is the role of Nikita in the film “The Past Can Wait” in 2015. Such famous performers as Tatyana Arntgolts and Sergey Peregudov also participated in this project.
Elena Martynenko
The popular theater and film actress Elena Martynenko was born in 1981. Already in 2002, she received her favorite profession and began to play on stage. Currently Elena works at the Satire Theater on Vasilyevsky in St. Petersburg. Her most successful performances include: “Salem Sorceresses”, “Uncle Vanya”, “Translator”.
Elena also played more than 50 characters in the movie. On her track record are such films as: “The past knows how to wait”, “The Queen’s last move”, “Pay on the counter” and many others. Spectators love Martynenko. She has repeatedly been the winner of various awards in the field of art.
Sergey Peregudov
Played in the film "The past knows how to wait," the actor was born in 1981 in Nadym. After graduating from school, he decided to get an economic education. But participation in student productions enthralled Sergei so much that he dropped out and entered the St. Petersburg Academy, where he studied acting. Having received a profession in 2004, Peregudov began to serve in the Lensovet Theater.
The most striking performances with his participation: “The Examiner”, “Who performed the miracle”, “King, Queen, Jack” and others. Sergei began acting in films in his last year. He played in such projects as: "The Cop Wars", "Sonya Golden Handle", "Crime and Punishment", "The Past Can Wait." In total, his track record contains about 40 works in various paintings.
Tatyana Arntgolts
A talented actress was born in Kaliningrad in 1982 in a family of creative people. Together with her twin sister, the girl graduated from VTU. Shchepkina in 2003. Two years before graduation, the girl had already started acting in the popular youth series about the life of senior schoolchildren, “Simple Truths.” Other actors in the film “The Past Can Wait”, the actors also had experience in filming.
The number of Tatiana’s works in films exceeds 40. Among the last most significant films are Champions, Photographer, Cult, and The Past Can Wait.
In her personal life, the girl was less fortunate. She was married to Ivan Zhidkov, from whom in 2009 she gave birth to a daughter, Maria. But the marriage broke up in 2013. After that, the actress had a short-term relationship with Grigory Antipenko.
