For the salad: chicken breast, a tablespoon of chopped garlic, a tablespoon of oil (good if there is olive), a pinch of salt and oregano, tear lettuce leaves , tomato, bell pepper (preferably red), cut the half of white onion and parsley smaller, but do not grind the cucumber!

For the sauce: 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar, a teaspoon of garlic (chopped), half a teaspoon of mustard, a little salt and pepper.

For crackers: a glass of stale bread, diced, 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan, a little lemon juice and finely chopped parsley.

Cooking:

You will need: 300-400 grams of romaine lettuce, grated parmesan - two tablespoons, two slices of white bread, several small cherry tomatoes, chicken or 3-4 quail eggs, a large clove of garlic, 50 grams of olive oil, juice of one lemon, Worcester sauce - a few drops (if any), salt, pepper, capers - a teaspoon.

Cooking

Dice bread, sprinkle with butter, bake for 15 minutes until yellow. Dry at a low temperature until crisp. Crush the garlic, grind it with salt, then warm with a tablespoon of oil. Mix crackers with this mass. Grate the salad plate with the remnants of garlic. Cut the chicken breast along not very thick - each half of the breast into 4 parts, then grill until tender. Make the sauce: salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, olive oil.
