Pancakes - a Russian dish. For centuries, they have been prepared according to a variety of recipes. It is believed that in order to cook pancakes, you need to have special skill. After all, you need to be able to make a dough of a certain consistency, heat the pan to the required temperature, and pour enough dough into it in time. A good housewife feels the moment when the pancake is already browned, which means that it needs to be turned over so that it does not burn. Moreover, she skillfully cooks a lot of pancakes in a short period of time.
When cooking pancakes, they follow several mandatory rules:
• use an absolutely clean pan;
• well heat her;
• pancakes are stacked on top of each other and greased each with oil. This should be done immediately, until the pancakes have cooled.
To prepare the dough, they take the most common products: flour, sugar, yeast, butter, salt and water / milk / yogurt or kefir. They eat pancakes with jam, butter, honey, sour cream. Often they are made with a filling: meat, cottage cheese, mushroom, potato, buckwheat, rice.
Especially thin, delicate, elastic and lace pancakes are obtained on a mineral water, the recipe of which is not difficult to suck. Like all dishes, they are prepared in completely different ways. There is no recipe for pancakes with mineral water. Water should be used unsalted and not very carbonated. Pour it in gradually, in which case the pancakes will be porous - due to air bubbles from mineral water.
Pancakes with mineral water - a classic recipe
Ingredients:
- mineral water (cold) - 0.5 l;
- flour - 300 grams;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
- 3 eggs;
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
- soda, extinguished with vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon;
- milk - about 300 ml;
- salt.
Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Then gradually add milk to this mass and mix well. Now quench the soda with vinegar and put into the mixture. Add the flour gradually and immediately mix the dough so that no lumps form. The next step is to add vegetable oil to the mass and mix the dough again. By consistency, it should be like a pancake. Then pour in mineral water and the dough will turn liquid. Pancakes need to be baked in a very hot pan, then they will be removed without problems.
Pancakes on mineral water - diet recipe
Ingredients:
- mineral water - 0.5 liters;
- sugar - 5 tbsp. l .;
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
- salt;
- flour - 2 cups.
Cooking:
Pour the flour into the pan. We gradually pour mineral water into it, without stopping stirring, in order to avoid the formation of lumps. Now add salt and sugar. The dough is ready, but before frying the pancakes, it is recommended to leave it for about half an hour to insist. We heat the pan, grease it with bacon or vegetable oil and fry pancakes.
Yeast pancakes
Ingredients:
- mineral water - 400 ml;
- flour - 1.5 cups;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons (less possible);
- salt;
- vegetable oil - a few tablespoons;
- yeast (dry) - 3 grams.
In a deep bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Pour them with a glass of warm mineral water and leave for about a quarter of an hour. While the mixture is infused, you need to cook the dough. To do this, we pour the yeast and a pinch of sugar into another glass of warm mineral water and wait until the foam forms. Pour the dough into the dough (15 minutes after mixing), mix and wait until the bubbles appear on top. After their formation, add oil and salt. Now it remains to mix everything and proceed to baking pancakes.
