  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic (2 cloves).
  2. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the liver slices (0.5 kg) on โ€‹โ€‹it. To do this, the "Frying" or "Baking" mode is suitable.
  3. After 10 minutes, add onion and garlic, salt and pepper, and parsley to the liver.
  4. Combine a glass of sour cream with a small amount of water and pour into the crock-pot of the other ingredients.
