You will need 1 kg of pork tenderloin, 300-400 g of bacon, 300 g of hot ketchup or tomato sauce, several limes. A couple of onion heads, a head of garlic, hard cheese (200 grams is enough), ground black pepper, salt, spices, 40 g of wine vinegar. Plus a couple of hot pepper pods. Of course, add it at will, because the dish can turn out to be too spicy.

Cooking

Grind half onion (one or one and a half heads), 5-6 cloves of garlic and pods of pepper in a blender. Pour in vinegar, add salt and sugar, spices to taste. Cut the pork into small slices and marinate in this mixture for 4-5 hours. Sautรฉ the bacon for a while, cutting it into cubes. When the fat is melted, you can take it out. Put pickled meat in the same fat, add ketchup or sauce and fry on both sides. Chop finely a bunch of parsley, grate the cheese, thinly chop the remaining onion and lime in half rings.
