- Sugar - about three tablespoons.

- Vinegar (9%) - two tablespoons.
- Hot ground red pepper, ground black pepper, ground coriander - about a tablespoon of each seasoning (be guided by taste when preparing fish hehe, the recipe still implies that the salad should be spicy).
- A bunch of fresh herbs (parsley, dill).
- Refined vegetable oil (about 50 g).
Fish heh, recipe and salad technology
Stages:
- Steaming fish (you can use a double boiler) for about 20-25 minutes.
- Slicing: carrots are cut on a shredder with a long straw, as for Korean carrots. Chop onions and garlic.
- Cutting fish fillet with cubes (can be diced).
- Mix pieces of fish with carrots, garlic and onions.
- Add spices, salt, vinegar and sugar. Stir carefully - the steam fish is very tender.
- On a high heat in a pan, heat vegetable oil until a smoke appears.
- Pour the hot oil into the salad immediately and mix everything with quick movements.

In the morning, squeeze the fish and transfer to a salad bowl.
