Today we’ll talk about how to cook delicious pasties. Only we will not cook up those that everyone is used to eating recently - with meat, but we will make delicious, tender chebureks with cottage cheese. There are a variety of options for making dough, as well as toppings. For example, you can cook ordinary pasties with cottage cheese, add fresh greens to the filling, or you can offer household and sweet ones. Today we will learn to cook all three types.

Ordinary chebureks

The first recipe does not portend anything complicated in cooking or non-standard toppings. Therefore, if you yourself have never cooked pasties with cottage cheese, we recommend that you try to cook them first according to this recipe. It turns out very tasty, despite the fact that there is nothing supernatural in the ingredients, the dough is crispy, the filling is tender. Cooking such pies is quite simple, and everyone probably has the ingredients in the refrigerator:

  • egg;
  • glass of water;
  • half-glasses of vodka (you can even without it, but with vodka the dough will be more crispy);
  • half a tablespoon of salt;
  • flour (usually two glasses are required, but see for yourself on the consistency of the dough, it should turn out like a dumpling);
  • sunflower oil;
  • cottage cheese.

Cooking ordinary pasties

First you need to cook the dough:

  1. Pour a glass of water into a bowl, break an egg, put half a teaspoon of salt. Stir thoroughly to dissolve all the lenses.
  2. In small portions, start adding flour, mix it with the liquid with a fork or whisk.
  3. Put the contents of the bowl on a board or flour dusted surface, knead the dough. It should turn out elastic, resilient, not sticky strongly to the hands.
  4. Wrap the dough in a plastic bag, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Next, you need to mold and fry pasties with cottage cheese:

  1. Put the dough on a board dusted with flour, divide into several identical lumps, roll a cake from each.
  2. Cottage cheese can be mixed with a small amount of salt, or without it. If the product is dry, add a bit of sour cream or milk.
  3. In each cake, put a spoonful of cottage cheese, connect the edges, stick with a fork - you get the very edges by which we recognize pasties even from afar!
  4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan (the amount is the same as for frying pies), fry pasties on both sides to a crust.
  5. Put the prepared pies on a paper towel, and only then on a plate, so they will not be too oily.

To make sweet pasties, just add a tablespoon of sugar to the dough (you can even without it), be sure to mix the cottage cheese with honey or sugar. You can use any jam for the filling, but apple is best!

Onion pasties

Such a concoction turns out to be non-standard taste, but that's why it is interesting! It may seem that onions and tender cottage cheese are completely incompatible, but if you just try the chebureks prepared with this recipe (with cottage cheese and onions), all doubts will disappear. It turns out very tasty, we recommend you to try it!

Ingredients:

  • flour (how much will the dough take);
  • half a packet of margarine;
  • egg;
  • kilogram of cottage cheese;
  • 6 onions;
  • a little ground pepper;
  • salt;
  • sunflower oil.

Dough:

  1. Pour 3/4 cup of water into a bowl, add an egg, half a spoonful of salt, stir well.
  2. Grate the margarine, inject it into the tesla liquid.
  3. Add flour in small portions, stirring constantly, rubbing with a fork with slices of margarine.
  4. Next, dump the mass on the table, knead in a good, tight, but soft dough. Wrap in cellophane, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Filling:

  1. Cottage cheese needs to be ground, adding a little salt. The finer the grains, the tastier the chebureks will be.
  2. Peel the onion, chop, then chop in a blender or mince.
  3. Mix with cottage cheese, add salt if necessary.

Chebureks with cottage cheese, the recipe with the photos of which you see in the article, should contain just such a filling - a kilogram of cottage cheese + 6 onions, otherwise the taste will turn out not as intended. Required:

  • half a packet of margarine;
  • 2-2.5 cups of wheat flour;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • a tablespoon of sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • egg;
  • half a teaspoon of soda;
  • sunflower oil;
  • a pound of cottage cheese;
  • dill, parsley, cilantro;
  • green onions;
  • some butter;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt.

Dough:

  1. Mix kefir, egg, soda, sugar, salt. Stir so that there are no crystals left.
  2. Add flour, knead a soft, obedient dough. Next, you need to wrap it in a plastic bag or plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

While the dough is settling down, do the filling:

  1. Finely chop the green onion, let it sit in a pan with butter, so bitterness will go out of it, but the aroma will intensify.
  2. Finely chop the rest of the greens, mix with onions, cottage cheese. Add salt and ground pepper. Mix.
