Beef is a popular and easily accessible meat that has long been an integral part of our diet. It combines well with many products and serves as the basis for the preparation of soups, meatballs, meatballs and other hearty dishes. Basic principles
To prepare a tasty and juicy dish, you need to choose a suitable piece of meat. Beef is best combined with sesame seeds, paprika, suneli hops, saffron, oregano and basil. Therefore, they are most often added to the marinating mixture. To give the meat a refined taste, it can first be stuffed with garlic.

Not later than thirty minutes later, the beef, soaked in aromas of sauce and spices, is sent to the oven. Before baking it can be placed in a sleeve or packaged in foil. Thanks to this, the meat will become juicy and very tender. As for the duration of the heat treatment, it all depends on the weight of the piece used and on the characteristics of the particular oven.
With garlic and coriander
This delicious beef in soy sauce is equally good in hot and cold. In the first case, it is served with light side dishes and fresh vegetable salads, in the second - it is used to make sandwiches or a festive cut.
To prepare you will need:
- 1.5 kg of boneless chilled beef.
- 150 ml of soy sauce.
- 6 cloves of garlic.
- 1 tsp coriander (in grains).
- 1 tsp zirs.
- 1 tsp powdered red pepper.
The washed piece of meat is dried with disposable paper towels and transferred to a deep pan. Marinade is poured there, consisting of crushed garlic, soy sauce, coriander, zira and red pepper. All this is covered with a lid and put on the shelf of the refrigerator. Not earlier than three hours later, the marinated beef is wrapped in several layers of foil and sent to the oven. The first ten minutes it is baked at a temperature of 250 degrees, and then the temperature is reduced to 180 ° C and the meat is brought to full readiness.

First of all, you need to do marinade. To do this, grated ginger, chopped garlic, vegetable oil, hot pepper and soy sauce are combined in a deep container. The washed and dried meat is carefully laid out in the mixture and allowed to marinate at room temperature. After thirty minutes, beef is packed in a sleeve and baked at a temperature of 200 ° C for about an hour.
With vegetables and cheese

- 500 g of chilled beef pulp.
- 100 g of hard cheese (the variety does not matter, choose to taste).
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- 1 white onion.
- 1 meaty bell pepper.
- 1 juicy carrot.
- 2 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil.
- 5 tbsp. l soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp. l vinegar (rice).
- According to 1 tbsp. l moderately burning mustard and light liquid honey.
- Cilantro, basil and salt.
Washed and carefully dried meat is cut into thin strips and spread in a deep bowl. Marinade is also poured there, consisting of soy sauce, mustard, rice vinegar, a tablespoon of olive oil and chopped garlic. After about forty minutes, the beef is sent to a preheated pan and sautéed over moderate heat. After that, it is transferred to a heat-resistant form, along the bottom of which sauteed vegetables are already distributed. All this is poured with the remaining marinade and sent for further processing. Beef is cooked in soy sauce in an oven heated to a temperature of 180 ° C. After about twenty minutes, sprinkle meat with vegetables and chopped herbs, finely grated cheese and briefly return it to the oven.
With onions and paprika
The meat baked according to the method described below is very tender and mouth-watering. It can be not only a suitable option for a quiet family dinner, but also a good basis for sandwiches.
To bake juicy and soft beef in the oven, you will need:
- 800 g of meat tenderloin.
- 1 large white onion.
- 3 tbsp. l soy sauce.
- 1 tbsp. l quality olive oil.
- 1 tsp powdered paprika.
- 1 pinch of black pepper.
Washed and dried meat is cut into transverse bars, lightly beaten and sent to a deep bowl. Onion is also added onion half rings, soy sauce, paprika, olive oil and black pepper. All is well mixed and briefly left to marinate at room temperature.

- 6 cloves of garlic.
- 1 juicy carrot.
- 2 tbsp. l soy sauce.
- Ground black pepper and salt (to taste).
The process must begin with the processing of meat. It is rinsed in cool water, wiped dry with disposable napkins and rubbed with salt and pepper. A piece thus prepared is marinated in soy sauce, combined with crushed garlic, and then they are stuffed with carrot slices and packed in several layers of foil. Bake meat at a temperature of 220 ° C until fully cooked. About fifteen minutes before turning off the fire, the beef is carefully freed from the foil so that it can brown.
With garlic and coriander
This lean and extremely tender meat has a pleasant aroma and moderately pungent taste. It goes well with fresh vegetables and is ideal for a solemn feast. To bake beef marinated in soy sauce, make sure you have on hand:
- 500 g chilled meat tenderloin.
- 70 ml of soy sauce.
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- ½ tsp. Ground red pepper.
- 1 tsp. coriander, zira and spice mixtures (cardamom, mustard powder, marjoram and paprika).
- Vegetable oil.
Pre-washed meat is gently wiped from the remnants of water and sent to a container in which - chopped garlic, spices and soy sauce. After about an hour, it is slightly greased with any vegetable oil, wrapped in several layers of foil and subjected to subsequent heat treatment. Beef is baked in soy sauce in an oven heated to 250 ° C. After ten minutes, the temperature is reduced to 190 ° C and the dish is brought to full readiness. It is served both hot and chilled, having previously been cut into thin plates.
With honey and herbs
Such meat with a spicy taste literally melts in your mouth, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. To treat them to their relatives and guests, you will need:
- 500 g of chilled beef pulp.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 tsp dry provence herbs.
- According to 6 tbsp. l light liquid honey and soy sauce.
First you need to do the marinade. To do this, in a deep stewpan combine liquid honey, soy sauce, chopped garlic and dried Provence herbs. The resulting mixture was brought to a boil and cooled. Once it has completely cooled, chopped meat is immersed in it and left for fifteen minutes. Then all this is transferred to a baking sheet and covered with foil. Beef is baked at an average temperature of about half an hour.
With vegetables
This dish does not need an additional side dish and will become a full dinner for a large hungry family. To cook it, you will need:
- 500 g of fresh beef pulp.
- 40 ml deodorized vegetable oil.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 meaty bell pepper.
- 1 juicy carrot.
- 1 large white onion.
- 2 tbsp. l soy sauce.
- 1 tsp seasoning for meat.
- According to 1 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar and light liquid honey.
- Salt (to taste).
The meat is washed in cool water, dried, cut into small pieces and transferred to a large bowl. Pounded garlic, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar are added to it. All this is covered with a flat plate and allowed to marinate at room temperature. After about an hour, the marinated meat is fried in a hot pan and sent to a heat-resistant form in which sautéed vegetables are already waiting. All sprinkled with spices and subjected to heat treatment. Beef is cooked in soy sauce in the oven, heated to standard temperature. After about twenty minutes it is covered with foil and baked for a little less than a quarter of an hour.
With prunes
Using the technology below, it turns out amazingly delicious beef stuffed with dried fruits. For cooking you will need:
- 1 kg of meat tenderloin.
- 70 g of prunes.
- 2 white onions.
- 1 small head of garlic.
- 1 tbsp. l moderately burning mustard.
- 1 tsp. ordinary sugar and soy sauce.
- According to 1 tbsp. l quality olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Salt, ground nutmeg and black pepper.
Washed and well-dried meat is cut so that a rectangular layer is obtained. Top it is greased with a mixture of sugar, salt, lemon juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil and mustard. All cover with a layer of finely chopped onions and chopped garlic. Then, slices of prune are evenly distributed on the surface of the beef. All sprinkled with ground nutmeg and pepper, and then rolled up and packaged in foil. Bake the product at a temperature of 190 about C for about an hour.
