Kefir pizza is perhaps one of the fastest to prepare, inexpensive and tasty dishes. Of course, you can call this dish pizza only conditionally, it only remotely resembles a real pizza, but still such a dish has the right to occasionally be on our everyday table. Such a dish will become a lifesaver if guests unexpectedly came to your house.
Products for making dough for pizza on kefir need the most common: kefir, flour, soda. A set of other products depends entirely on the hostess's imagination and the capabilities of her wallet. Using different ingredients, you can always pamper your loved ones with brand new culinary masterpieces.
How to cook pizza dough?
Kefir pizza. The recipe for test number 1 (extremely simple).
Take half a pack of margarine or butter and grate on a medium grater. Add half a teaspoon of soda to a glass of kefir. Soda does not need to be extinguished, kefir will extinguish it. Then mix margarine, kefir and 3 cups sifted flour. Knead the dough and roll it in the shape of a ball, place it in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for two hours.
A little tip. Prepare several servings of dough at once, as guests will definitely ask for supplements.
If there is cottage cheese and eggs in the refrigerator, you can try making pizza on the curd dough.
Kefir pizza. The recipe for test number 2 (cottage cheese).
Pour a little kefir into mashed curd (1 pack) to make it juicy, and mix it with 1 egg, add 4 tbsp. vegetable oil and a little flour (about 5 tablespoons). Salt a little dough and knead, adding flour until it begins to lag behind the hands.
Sometimes you want the filling to be buried in the dough. In this case, the dough should be a little liquid.
Kefir pizza. Recipe No. 3 (batter).
Mix 2 eggs, 1 cup of kefir, salt, sugar and a teaspoon of soda immediately. Stir everything until smooth. Now add to it about a half cup sifted flour. The batter is ready.
Pizza dough will turn out even more rich if you add literally a spoonful of mayonnaise and sour cream to its composition.
Kefir pizza. Recipe for test No. 4 (with mayonnaise and sour cream).
Mix the egg with a spoonful of sour cream and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Salt and add half a teaspoon of sugar. To the mass, add a glass of kefir and pour a teaspoon of soda. Add so much flour to make a soft dough and, covering with a towel, let it lie for a quarter of an hour.
For those who still prefer yeast dough, the following recipe is suitable.
Kefir pizza. The recipe for test No. 5 (yeast).
Pre-prepare the yeast. In a small amount of warm water, dilute 1 tsp. yeast. In another bowl, combine until smooth the egg, salt, a tablespoon of sugar, 300 ml of kefir and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. After that, add yeast to the mixture, mix gently and gradually add so much flour to make a soft dough. Cover the resulting dough with a towel and place in a warm place.
For students and summer residents, the recipe for pizza dough, which is baked in a pan, will be very useful.
Kefir pizza. The recipe for test number 6 (in a pan).
You will need to mix all the ingredients one at a time: an egg, a glass of kefir and a glass of flour, add one teaspoon of soda, quenched with vinegar.
In such a pizza, the filling already prepared in advance is laid. Vegetables and sausage are pre-fried. Prepare pizza in a pan under the lid over low heat.
Some tips on how to cook pizza.
If you did not have kefir in the refrigerator, it can be completely replaced with sour milk, unsweetened yogurt or yogurt.
When laying out the dough, do not forget to prepare the form: sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina, grease with vegetable oil.
