  • 250 grams of pork;
  • 2 potato tubers (here we will use medium root crops);
  • not very large onion - 1 pc.;
  • tomato of medium diameter - 1 pc.;
  • garlic in the amount of 1-2 cloves;
  • 1.5 tablespoons of thick tomato paste;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream product - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt and spices according to one’s own preferences;
  • 9% table vinegar for pickling meat;
  • lean oil - as needed.

Meat in pots - preparation

In a container for pickling pork, cut the meat into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut into two parts. One half is finely chopped and sent to the meat. We also put tomato, spices and salt on the pork. Spray with vinegar. Mix the products. Cover with a lid. We stand in coolness for at least half an hour. It will turn out tastier if the process is extended by an hour and a half.

Potatoes need to be washed and peeled. We cut it into not very small segments. Add salt, mayonnaise and garlic squeezed through the press to the dishes with chopped root vegetables.

  • meat - 350-500 grams (take what you want);
  • 4 potatoes of small diameter;

  • Drinking water - about one and a half liters.
  • A kilogram of potatoes.
  • Two onions.
  • Two carrots.
  • Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces.
  • Vegetable oil for frying.
  • Tomato (pasta) - 2 tablespoons.
  • 2 medium pickled or pickled cucumbers.
  • 1-3 bouillon cubes with meat broth flavor - optional.
  • Salt to taste. If using cubes, reduce the salt rate.
  • Ground pepper to taste.

After two to three minutes from the start of frying, salt it and sprinkle with a little ground pepper. We take out the prepared meat component and, having smeared the pots with oil, dividing equally, fill the ceramic containers with meat.

First, wash all the vegetables that need it, and at the same time clean them. Cucumbers are also peeled from the top peel. If desired, you can remove the core with seeds. Cut the pulp of pickled cucumbers not large. If there is a need to get rid of excess brine - slightly squeezed prepared cucumbers.

We chop the bulbs in accordance with our desires, but do not need to do too large slices. Rub carrots through a grater of any fraction. If desired, you can simply cut this root crop, as you wish. Dissolve the cubes for the broth in boiled warm water. Pour the broth into each pot. After the concentrated liquid is poured into each container, pour more warm water. No need to pour at the very neck. Remember that during heating, the liquid will increase in volume and may begin to leave the limits of the space provided to it. Leave at least one and a half centimeters to the edge of the pot.
