We always want to diversify our diet, introduce something new and original, which will not only be tasty, but also useful. Licking Fingers Salad of tomatoes is light, hearty and extremely tasty. The first option is not difficult - this is a winter snack with a low calorie content and high nutritional value. To make a salad “Fingers Lick” from tomatoes, we need to purchase:
- three kilograms of red tomato;
- three onions;
- a head of garlic;
- 9% bite (50 ml.);
- peppercorns (5 pcs.);
- litere of water;
- 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- Lavrushka
- sugar (10 gr.);
- salt (to taste);
- dill, parsley.
Cut the garlic into thin plates, finely chop the herbs and put on the bottom of a liter sterilized jar. Pour a spoonful of hot oil into the container. We take washed tomatoes and with a toothpick in the area of the stalk we make a small puncture, put the tomatoes in a jar, and onion in half rings on top.
We prepare the marinade: in boiling water we put pepper, lavrushka, sugar and salt. Boil the liquid until sugar turns into syrup. Next, pour vinegar into the marinade, give a gurgle and pour into the tomatoes. We roll up a winter salad of tomatoes "You'll lick your fingers" and store in a closet or pantry. You can take cherry tomatoes and gherkins - it turns out interesting and tasty.
The second recipe will be with mushrooms. This holiday dish will definitely not go unnoticed. Preparing a salad "Finger Lick" of tomatoes and mushrooms is very easy. Components:
- a kilogram of mushrooms (champignons);
- three eggs;
- two tomatoes;
- large carrots;
- onion;
- dill, cilantro, mayonnaise and leaves of Chinese salad.
We send boiled carrots and eggs. We wash the mushrooms well, cut into thin strips. We cut onions into small cubes and pass until golden brown. In the pan to the onion add mushrooms and fry. Rub the boiled carrots, cut the eggs into cubes. Remove the skin from the tomato and cut into thin half rings.
We form a dish: put Chinese salad on the bottom of the dishes, on top of it mushrooms, carrots, onions, tomatoes and eggs. Grease each layer with mayonnaise dressing. Ingredients: peanuts or pine nuts (400 gr.), One sweet beet, two hundred grams of dried apricots and prunes. For spiciness we need a couple of cloves of garlic. Use classic yogurt or light mayonnaise as a dressing.
Roast peanuts, then peel them and slaughter in a coffee grinder or blender. Soak dried apricots with prunes in boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, after the dried fruits become soft cut into strips. Grate boiled beets, squeeze the garlic. We combine all the products, season with sauce and serve. An unusually tasty salad goes well with meat entrecotes and baked salmon.
