Very much the emperor was worried that his subjects should be fully integrated into Europe, and that propagated (by his own methods) introduced root crops. Citizens showed loyalty to such a tsarist policy, but the dish was still made in Russian. Baked meat with potatoes, mushrooms, vegetables, and even with pickles in sour cream sauce. Served on the table as pulled out of the oven - in clay pots. Today we can cook royal meat in the oven or in a slow cooker. Everything will be equally tasty.

Cut half a kilo of meat into beef stroganoff slices. You can marinate pork in seasonings and salt in advance. We chop two small onions in half rings. We clean and cut ten medium potatoes in circles, and 300 grams of champignons in slices. Fry the mushrooms in butter and mix them with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Rub in a separate bowl grams of three hundred hard cheese. We grease a deep baking sheet with vegetable oil and begin to lay layer by layer our meat royally with mushrooms, not forgetting to salt and pepper each layer. Put pork on the bottom. Cover it with onion rings. We’ll place half the potatoes on it. Put the champignons. We put the second half of the potatoes on the mushrooms. Generously lubricate this layer with mayonnaise. Five minutes before the end of the process, you can increase it so that the cheese cap turns brown.

Yes, a dish prepared according to the previous recipe cannot be called dietary. If you want to reduce calories, change the way you cook. Take veal or lean pork. Lightly boil the meat with spices. Use the resulting broth as a base for the soup. Also cook potatoes in their uniforms. Cool, peel, cut. Mushrooms in this recipe are replaced by tomatoes (without skin, sliced ​​in circles) and bell pepper (without seeds, chopped in strips). We put meat, onions, potatoes, and vegetables in clay pots . Pour natural yogurt into which a clove or two garlic is squeezed out through a press. In the oven, keep the pots for about half an hour at 180 Β° C.

We cut the pork neck into 100 g portions, beat off on both sides, pepper and salt. Chop the onion finely, and the mushrooms with slices. Fry them in oil until cooked, cool. We spread the chops on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Each grease slightly with mayonnaise. We put mushrooms on the meat, decorate the rings of tomatoes on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. We send this beauty to the oven, which we preheat to 180 degrees, and bake for about an hour.
