You will need:

cheese - 210 g;

potatoes - about 1 kg;

For cooking:

potatoes - 3-4 pieces;

garlic - a few cloves;

butter - about 120 g;

sour cream - 2 tablespoons of st .;

bacon - 260 g;

cheese - 240 g;

Initially, you need to preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Then wash and dry the potatoes. Each potato should be grated a little with olive oil and salt, and then put in the oven for an hour and a half. In the meantime, you need to wrap unpeeled garlic cloves sprinkled with salt, pepper and butter in foil. Then remove the potatoes from the oven and allow to cool so that you can pick it up. After this, it is necessary to cut each potato and carefully remove the pulp from it. Then mix the flesh of the potato with baked garlic, sour cream, chopped herbs, fried bacon, grated cheese and mix everything. Then this mixture needs to be salt and pepper. Then start the potatoes with the resulting mixture.

Lay slices of butter on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then send the potatoes to the oven under the grill until a crispy cheese crust forms. Products for cooking:

potatoes - 0.8 kg;

pieces of smoked or salted lard;

salt, spices, pepper

Potatoes need to be peeled and cut in half. If the lard is not very salty then salt the potatoes. In the area of ​​the cut, put slices of bacon, then close the top with the second half of the potatoes. Then take the foil, spread and put on it a piece of bacon, on top of it a potato, then cover it with one more slice of bacon. The foil should be tightened at the edges. Put the potatoes on a wire rack and bake at 210 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Baked Potato with Cheese

Another cooking recipe for which you will need:

potatoes (large size) - 4-5 pieces;

olive oil - 140 g;

mayonnaise;

garlic - several heads;

cheese - 180 g;

pepper, salt.
