Canned fish dishes are an excellent solution if you need to cook something, but fresh food was not at hand. Each zealous housewife always has several cans of canned fish in bins.   1. Canned saury - 1 can.
  2. Boiled rice - 1 cup.
  3. Chicken egg - 1 piece.
  4. Onions - 1 piece (small).
  5. Breadcrumbs or flour - 100 grams.
  6. Salt, pepper and other spices to taste.
  7. Vegetable oil - for frying.

Canned food should be previously thrown into a sieve or colander in order to drain excess fluid. After that, the fish is crushed using a meat grinder or simply knead it with a fork (canned saury is quite soft and easily chopped even without the use of a meat grinder). To do this, grated cheese is mixed with a small amount of garlic, grated or squeezed through the garlic.
