It will require: six slices of smoked bacon, a small onion, three cloves of garlic, a liter of chicken stock, half a glass of lentils, two large carrots, five potatoes, two sausages.

We start cooking. Chop the onion in small cubes and fry with bacon for ten minutes. Be sure to periodically mix. Add chopped garlic.

Rinse the lentils thoroughly, put it in a pan with boiling broth. Cut potato tubers and carrots into large pieces, and sausages into slices. Add vegetables along with bacon to the pan. Then salt and cook over low heat for thirty minutes. Serve the dish with sour cream.

But it must be constantly mixed so that it does not burn. Ten minutes before the end of cooking add bay leaf. It turns out a very tasty and rich first course.

To prepare the dish, you need any smoked meat (bacon, brisket, sausages, and so on), its total amount should be at least three hundred grams. In addition, you need: one onion, two stalks of celery, one large carrot, three cloves of garlic, a can of black beans, one and a half liters of salted broth, a pinch of ground red pepper (cayenne).

Fry chopped smoked meats for ten minutes until crisp, constantly turning. In a pan, bring the broth to a boil, put in it circles of celery, carrots, onions and garlic. Drain the liquid from the beans and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Cook for half an hour over low heat. Next, transfer to a blender, mash and boil again. Add smoked meats. Serve the dish after it has cooled slightly.

To prepare the dish, you need half a liter of vegetable broth, one hundred grams of milk, two large leeks, three large potatoes, onions, white pepper and eight strips of smoked bacon. A small pot and pan are needed.

Fry the meat with onion cubes for five minutes, constantly stirring the mixture. At this time, bring the broth to a boil, put in it circles of the light green part of leek and potatoes. Add pepper and a little salt. Cook for twenty minutes. Then pour the milk, put the bacon and bring to a boil. Grind the smoked soup in a blender.
