First you need to cook the dough. To do this, combine warm water with flour, egg and salt. Knead with your hands until a homogeneous, elastic mass is obtained, which we send to the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

After this, the salmon fillet is completely removed from bones and skin, add cream, spices and a little salt to it, as well as pre-passaged and cooled onions. Seasonings such as oregano or white pepper are great for fish. We take out the dough from the refrigerator and roll out a thin layer. About one teaspoon of the filling goes into each dumpling.

You need to cook them for about three minutes after boiling water. The finished dish can be decorated with a small amount of red caviar and dill.

  • several large bunches of parsley;
  • flour - 500 g;
  • 1 egg
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • salmon or sturgeon fillet - 450 g;
  • 1 onion;
  • salt and spices for dough and minced meat;
  • butter - 10 g.

To create a green dough, you need to chop the parsley in a blender to a puree condition, adding a couple of tablespoons of water to it. The resulting mass is mixed with flour, egg and salt, creating a dough. When everything has the necessary uniformity, remove the dough in the refrigerator and at the same time prepare the minced meat.

We cut raw, fish fillet and mix with spices and salt. Add onion to it, sliced ​​in a very small cube. Pour all this with lemon juice and mix. Stuffing will take several minutes to soak in the aroma of lemon and seasonings. You can cook fish dumplings by adding to them other, more unusual ingredients. For example, cream cheese and mushrooms will go well with red fish. For this dish you will need to prepare:

  • flour - 0.5 kg;
  • cream cheese - 100 g;
  • salmon - 250 g;
  • fresh champignons or oyster mushrooms - 150 g;
  • milk - 1 tbsp .;
  • fresh greens - 1 bunch;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • frying oil;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Knead the dough from milk, flour and salt, then send it to cool. At this time, chop the onion together with mushrooms and leave to cool. Cut the salmon into cubes and mix with cream cheese and herbs. Add the cooled mushrooms there, and mix well.

Now we sculpt the dumplings with salmon themselves, giving them any shape that seems most appetizing to you. It can be a standard form of dumplings or in the form of a crescent, more like a dumpling.
