After that, fry them a little in a separate frying pan until a crust appears. 6-8 potato tubers need to be peeled and cut into small cubes. Meanwhile, chop the half of the cabbage and, when the dish is completely ready, send it to the pan. There we add three tablespoons of any tomato paste. And finally, another simple recipe for this dish with the addition of curry. First, you can do the preparatory work. We take one onion and cut it very finely. Next, cut one kilogram of chicken breast or any other part of the boneless chicken into pieces. We take a frying pan with a thick bottom and spread the chopped onion in it. We make fire not very big. Then put the chicken pieces. Fry without using any fat. After a while, add potatoes (4-5 tubers), cut into large pieces and 150 grams of spinach leaves, which we cut into small pieces. Pour about two teaspoons of curry into the pan. We mix everything very well and fry for another 2-3 minutes, without using oil.
Next, add 400 grams of chopped tomatoes and pour 400 ml of water. We are waiting for the water to boil, and make the fire small. Stew for 30 minutes with the lid closed. Then remove the pan from the heat and pour pepper and salt. Add chopped greens. You can use cilantro and mint. Potato with chicken, stewed in this way, turns fragrant and tasty.
