Well, first you need to collect the following ingredients:

  • condensed milk - 1 can;
  • vanilla sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • alcohol base, with a strength of 40-45 degrees - 0.5 l;
  • cream, with a fat content of 12-15% - 0.4 l;
  • 4 egg yolks;
  • instant coffee - 1 tbsp. l

The most important thing is to choose a quality alcohol base. Suitable expensive vodka, brandy ordinary brandy, Irish whiskey or pure alcohol diluted with clean water. But not moonshine.

  • Using a mixer, thoroughly beat the condensed milk, yolks and sugar. But it will take a very long time, since all the ingredients have a high density. And to “break” sugar in condensed milk will require patience.
  • When a more or less homogeneous mass is formed, it is necessary to add coffee granules. Beat everything with a mixer again.
  • Then add cream. Beat until a homogeneous mass is formed that is similar to a cream in consistency.
  • After that, you can pour alcohol. Engage the mixer again.

Pour the resulting drink into bottles, properly seal them and send them to the refrigerator for several days. Then you can drink it.

In principle, fat milk can be used instead of cream. But then you will need to add another 100 grams of condensed milk on top.
