- two tablespoons of sugar;
- ten grams of dry yeast;
- one egg;
- a pinch of salt and vanillin;
- butter - 50 grams.
Yeast dough is mixed. It combines milk, sugar, yeast, egg, salt, vanilla and butter. Then everything is put in a warm place. When the mass rises a third time, it is already possible to roll out. A special paper is taken on which the layer is rolled. Then nut filling is laid out on top of it and roll is made. Moreover, the edges must be connected. Then in a circle it is worth cutting the roll and deploy the resulting parts. Then everything must be left for half an hour, so that the dough finally comes up. - one glass of raisins and the same amount of sugar;
- butter - 50 grams;
- 50 ml of milk;
- one egg;
- two tablespoons of cocoa and cinnamon;
- vanillin.
This nut roll is easy to prepare. The recipe is very interesting, and the baking itself is delicious. First you need to put the dough. To do this, shake with sugar in warm kefir. The mass is left for twenty minutes. Then milk, kefir are heated and butter with sugar is added. It mixes well until smooth. Sifted flour - 300 grams. Salt, milk-kefir mixture, dough and eggs are added to it. Stir gradually, add the remaining flour. After the dough stops sticking, it needs to be laid out for kneading. Dough:

- one yolk;
- hot water - 4 tablespoons;
- vanilla sugar - one sachet;

- starch - 25 grams;
- flour - 100 grams;
- baking powder - one teaspoon.
Cream:
- gelatin - 10 grams;
- cream - 400 grams;
- lemon juice - 100 milligrams;
- lemon zest;
- vanilla sugar;
- half a glass of walnuts.
Cooking:
Use a mixer to beat the eggs, gradually adding hot water. Then plain and vanilla sugar is added. When the mass increases in volume, you can introduce flour, baking powder, starch. Mix the mass well and put on a baking sheet covered with special paper. Bake fifteen minutes at 180 degrees.
