A quite familiar set of products will be required: for 600 grams of pork (it is better to take a tenderloin) - 2 sweet peppers, 1 onion, one and a half kilograms of potatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, several bay leaves, 25 grams of butter and some vegetable oil, a bunch of parsley, salt , dried basil, a little ground pepper, Italian herbs and oregano.
