Limoncello: Italian Liqueur Recipe

Limoncello is a liquor that is very popular in Italy (Sicily). In Russia, this drink is not yet so famous. But you can buy it in a supermarket or make it yourself at home. Limoncello drink: home recipe

We will need :

• vodka (700 ml);
• five lemons;
• jar with a lid (liter);
• sugar (0.5 kg);
• bottle (volume 1-1.5 l);

The main ingredients :

• champagne (200 ml);
• lemon liquor (60 ml);
• sugar (3 tbsp.);
• mint leaves (30 g);
• one lemon;
• medical alcohol (500 ml);
• water (650 ml);
• zest (from 10 lemons).

Place the zest in a container and add alcohol. The solution is infused for five days. After this time, drain the alcohol. Cook the syrup (according to the previous recipe), then mix it with alcohol and refrigerate. The solution is ready in five days. Mix mint, sugar, limoncello and lemon zest in a blender. Pour the mixture into the bowl. Prepare a glass, hold a slice of lemon along its edges and sugar. Pour ½ glasses with the mixture, fill the rest with champagne (best chilled) or sparkling wine. Raspberry Recipe

The main ingredients :

• one lemon;
• four basil leaves;
• sugar (1/4 teaspoon);
• raspberries (8-9 berries);
• lemon vodka (30 ml);
• ice.

Cut the lemon into four halves. We will use two quarters for one cocktail. Mash raspberries, basil and lemon in a bowl. Put ice in a glass, pour limoncello, vodka and cover with sugar. To mix everything. Ready cocktail with raspberries and limoncello.
