  • a tablespoon of flour.

  1. Fry the flour in a pan until light brown.
  2. Put butter to it, melt.

  • onion;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • half a glass of cream;
  • a quarter cup of soy sauce;
  • ground black pepper and salt.

If you need a thicker sauce, you can add half a tablespoon of flour.

How to make mushroom sauce

If you use flour, then first you need to fry it in a dry frying pan, then remove, and add when the turn comes.

  1. Cut the mushrooms in any pieces, taking into account their further grinding in a blender.
  2. Onions can be given any shape, but garlic must be chopped, otherwise it will remain half raw.
  3. Pour a little sunflower oil into the pan, or melt 20 grams of butter. Fry the mushrooms first, juice should come out of them. Then add onion and garlic, fry until tender.
  4. If using flour, add it (the one that was fried), mix well.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and cream, bring the ingredients to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat, cool.
  7. Grind the sauce well with a blender.

Pour the cooked draniki sauce, or serve it in a separate bowl, so that it is convenient to dip into it. The spicy taste of seasoning can be given with the help of bay leaf and a few drops of lemon juice.
