Recipe "Chuck Chuck with Honey": how to make a delicious dessert

You can prepare a delicious sweet treat for tea using the traditional Tatar recipe - chak-chak with honey. Knowing the small subtleties, you can easily cope with the task. We offer step-by-step instructions.

To make a dessert, you will need the following products.

For the test:

  • wheat flour weighing 800 grams (about 4 cups);
  • sugar weighing 50 grams (3-4 tablespoons);
  • incomplete glass (180 ml) of milk;
  • eggs in the amount of 7 pieces;
  • salt;
  • butter in an amount of 50 grams;
  • a stack (50 ml) of brandy or vodka.

For impregnation:

  • honey in the amount of 450 grams;
  • sugar weighing 200 grams.

For roasting:

  • a glass (200 ml) of vegetable oil;
  • ghee in an amount of 250 grams.

Additional ingredients (added to taste and desire):

  • dried fruits (raisins, prunes, dried apricots);
  • nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.).

For the test, try to use the freshest ingredients. You will also need alcohol. You can take ordinary vodka. But if you add a mulberry, then a pleasant berry aftertaste will remain. You can use a stack of good cognac.

Now you need to divide the eggs into proteins and yolks. Rub the last with sugar and butter. The mixture should acquire a white tint. Proteins are whipped to the state of "hard peaks." You can use any convenient means: a mixer, a blender or a regular whisk.

In the egg-oil mixture, gradually mix the rest of the ingredients intended for the dough. It should become slightly elastic. As soon as the dough began to unstick from the dishes and the table, it must be wrapped in a damp towel or cloth and set to insist for 40 minutes.

After the dough is infused, divide it into several pieces. They need to be rolled into sheets with a diameter of about 40 cm and a thickness of 3 mm, then cut into squares, rhombuses or short noodles. You can make small sausages from the dough, then cut into small pieces, from which roll pea-sized balls.
