2. Put the pieces in a plastic bag, add the butter and basil leaves.
3. Seal the bag with an iron and lower it into the pan, where the water has already boiled.
4. After 9-10 minutes, remove the bag from the water and open it. The fish is ready. It can be laid out on a plate and served immediately. As a side dish, potatoes and greens are perfect.
It is useless to list everything that can be prepared from fish fillet. For example, you can bake it, like any other meat, in the oven. To do this, you need 2 fillets, 2 sweet bell peppers, 1 onion, black pepper, ½ teaspoon of curry, salt and dried parsley.
