Cheese Jellied Pie
Products for the test:
- 200 g thick sour cream of high fat content;
- 150 g of flour;
- 150 g cream cheese (for example, Philadelphia);
- four eggs;
- two tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- a teaspoon of baking powder;
- a small bunch of dill;
- salt;
- pepper.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 200 g of feta cheese or Adyghe cheese.
Cooking process:
- Break eggs in a bowl, add sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and beat until smooth with a whisk or mixer (at low speed).
- Combine the flour with the baking powder and gradually mix it into the cooked mass.
- Finely chop the dill. Pour chopped greens, pepper and salt into the dough, mix well.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare the form: cover it with parchment or baking paper or grease it with oil.
- Grate hard cheese and feta cheese (Adyghe) and mix.
- Pour half the dough into a mold, pour a mixture of grated cheeses on it, pour the second half of the dough. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.

With bell pepper on kefir
Essential ingredients for making dough:
- 300 ml of kefir;
- two eggs;
- 200 g of flour;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- salt to taste.
To prepare the filling:
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- one bell pepper;
- bunch of dill.
Cooking process:
- Pour kefir into a deep bowl, throw soda into it, mix. Beat eggs with salt with a whisk, add the mixture to kefir and beat well. Gradually pour the flour and knead the dough, which should be liquid in consistency.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the bell pepper into cubes, chop the dill with a knife. Add all this to the cheese dough and mix.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs (can be semolina), put the prepared mass. Bake for about half an hour. Remove the kefir jellied cake from the oven.
Chicken Recipe
To prepare the base, or dough, you need the following set of products:
- 300 g flour;
- 100 sour cream;
- 150 g butter;
- half a teaspoon of soda;
- salt.
For filling:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet;
- one onion;
- salt;
- pepper.
To fill:
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 200 g sour cream;
- two eggs;
- two tablespoons of flour;
- salt;
- pepper.
The process of making jellied pie with cheese and chicken:
- Melt the butter, mix it with soda and salt.
- Gradually pouring flour, knead the dough.
- Cut the breast and onion into cubes, fry them individually until golden brown, pepper and salt.
- Prepare the fill: combine sour cream with eggs and beat slightly, salt and pepper.
- Add grated cheese and flour to the mix, mix.
- Distribute the dough in an even layer, forming the sides.
- Put chicken and onions on the dough, pour the fill.
- Put in the oven for 35 minutes and bake at 180 degrees.

Jellied pie with cheese and tomatoes is prepared from the following products:
- a glass of kefir;
- three eggs;
- 70 ml of olive oil;
- one and a half glasses of flour;
- half a bag of baking powder;
- tomatoes to taste;
- a quarter of suluguni cheese;
- a quarter of Adyghe cheese;

Cooking process:
- Grate the cheese.
- Mix kefir, eggs, oil and salt.

- a bunch of green onions with roots;
- three eggs;

- 150 g of cheese.
The process of making jellied cheese pie:
- Hard-boiled three eggs.
- Chive green onions and eggs.
- Cut the white part of the onion into rings and fry in ghee.
- Add chopped tomatoes and green onions to the onion, but do not fry, but only mix.
