How to reduce pressure at home

Among medicinal herbs that have the ability to lower blood pressure include motherwort, flax seeds, valerian. Tinctures of these plants or can be purchased without difficulty in pharmacies. Berries are also very helpful in reducing pressure. Very effective are the fruits of hawthorn and rose hips. They can be purchased separately or as part of a drug charge for high blood pressure. Decoctions of these berries are taken regularly in order to maintain healthy vessels.

A sufficiently effective remedy for high blood pressure is milk with carrot seeds. For cooking, it is necessary to grind the seeds (four glasses). After that, divide the resulting mixture into 28 parts. In the morning, each such part must be boiled in milk with the addition of half a spoon (teaspoon) of corn starch. The drug is taken on an empty stomach. Carrot seeds are applied daily until all parts have run out.

Quite common is a way to lower the pressure at which pine nuts, honey and hawthorn tincture are used. For preparation, each component is required in a glass. A glass of cold water (boiled) should also be added to the mixture. It is necessary to insist in the refrigerator, shaking periodically. After a month, the mixture is filtered, poured into a dark container. It is recommended to take a teaspoon throughout the year, at least three times a day before meals.
