Mark was born in 1955 in the family of a teacher and construction consultant in the American city of Cincinnati, which is located in Ohio. There he took up stand-up comedy with his friend Steve Buscemi. His real name is Heydrich, and Boone is the nickname he chose after visiting the New York War Memorial.
