  • one onion;
  • two pickles;
  • one carrot;
  • four tablespoons (tablespoons) of tomato paste (can be replaced with homemade tomato sauce);
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 120 g of sausage (boiled or smoked - to your taste);
  • vegetable oil;
  • four cloves of garlic;
  • half a lemon;
  • ground black pepper;
  • two bay leaves;
  • spices for meat or soup.

The first stage of cooking is meat

The team’s recipe for hodgepodge with potatoes is famous for its strong meat broth. To cook it, you need to wash the pork, send the pork ribs to cook in slightly salted water.
