Have you ever tried tararushki? The name of the baking, although ridiculous, but the recipe reminds everyone of the famous brushwood. The taste is a little different. These are air buns or donuts, you can call it whatever you like the kids. The dish came to us from ancient Russia, where it was baked in traditional ovens, delicious pretzels were obtained.
Over time, children’s toys made of clay and wood began to be called “caravans”. However, carafe on kefir is also baked in 21st century culinary. Some housewives make yeast dough, then various figures or cakes are molded from it and fried. You can bake, and if you do not add granulated sugar, then you will get excellent donuts for the first dish.
The best part is that you do not need to spend a lot of time and financial investments to create confectionery pretzels. Everything is as simple, fast and incredibly delicious as possible. Kefir fried tararushki: recipe with photo
The dough is prepared from a sour-milk drink, instead of kefir, you can pour fermented baked milk or yogurt. In our recipe, kefir is used with a low fat content of 250 grams, one egg, half a dessert spoon of slaked soda, a little sugar and salt are also required. Be sure to add vanillin, a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil and flour - three glasses.
Step-by-step technology
Sour-milk drink should be at room temperature (remove from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking). Pour it into a deep container, drive in a chicken egg, butter, pour in dry mixes (sugar, vanilla, salt). Using a sieve, add flour in small portions and mix gently. As a result, the dough is soft, elastic and slightly sticky. Cover with a towel or film and do not touch for 30 minutes.

After the time interval has elapsed, bake the dough again. If it sticks to your hands, sprinkle with flour. A table or a plate on which you will form carafe on kefir, grease with vegetable oil. We roll the dough into a large rectangular layer, cut into neat rhombuses. In the middle of each piece, make an incision with a knife and twist. In a stewpan filled with seething oil, we spread our products and fry a couple of minutes on both sides. Be prepared for the fact that the dough will increase in volume. We spread it on a paper towel to remove excess fat, and decorate with icing sugar or fresh berries on top.
Stuffed kefir on kefir: recipe with sour cream
A method identical to the previous one, only for tenderness we will add a little fat sour cream - 50 g, butter - 30 g, as well as a glass of sour-milk drink. You will also need a teaspoon of soda, a chicken egg, flour - two glasses, salt, vanilla, sugar. For frying, take any oil (at least three hundred grams) and a deep cauldron. As a decoration, you can choose cheese mass, berries, powder, syrup and other ingredients.
Step cooking
Place the egg with vanilla and granulated sugar in the blender - twist to a thick mass. Add sour cream, softened butter, soda, kefir, mix thoroughly and add as you wish. The main thing is that the soda is completely dissolved, can be repaid with vinegar, otherwise it will be bitter. Pour flour into the resulting base (it is advisable to sift it for airiness).
We send the dough to a cold place for about 20-30 minutes. Roll out thin crust, cut into small squares and collapse in the shape of a cheesecake. Dip in boiling oil, do not forget to turn it over so that the karafir tararush evenly fry. In general, everything is ready - served with powdered sugar.
Just remember that fried foods are high in calories and are not recommended for daily consumption. To reduce fat content, we offer to bake them, we get excellent buns. You can cook carafe with yogurt stuffed with, for example, cheese, vegetable, fruit, mushroom - as you like. These are the same pies, only much more airy and fasting, as they are made without yeast.
Oven-free oven
The set of ingredients remains unchanged: a mug of fermented milk product, two eggs, one and a half glasses of flour, butter - 50 grams, a large spoon of sour cream, vanillin, salt and sugar.
Stepping process
Kefir flakes in the oven are good in that they have a low calorie content and do not contain soda - a solid health benefit. Cooking a treat: pour all the flour into a deep container (only sift it), make a deepening in it and add whipped white eggs with sugar, sour cream, salt, butter, vanilla. Knead elastic soft dough, wrap in cling film or bag - and for an hour in the refrigerator.
We divide the chilled piece of dough into two parts, roll out two very thin layers in turn. One cake with a pastry brush grease with sunflower oil and cover with a second layer. Now cut out the squares, circles or any other figures. We shift the carafe on kefir, the recipe of which is very simple, on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle each product with sugar and grease with an egg to get a beautiful crust. Sprinkle with nuts, candied fruits or dried fruits if desired. We bake in a preheated up to 200 with an oven no more than 15 minutes. Ready-made cheesecakes will fall into two identical figures, as a result you will get twice as many products. Baked yogurt on kefir is very crispy and fragrant. Store in a tightly packed bag in the refrigerator for several days.
