Professional chefs prepare this original dish in a special deep pan, the diameter of which is approximately 35 cm. If you do not have such a device, then you can take the usual baking dish. In this case, the amount of ingredients must be reduced by half. So, what products do we need for the test:
- Wheat flour - three glasses.
- Corn flour - half a glass.
- Water - two glasses.
- Yeast - two teaspoons.
- Salt and sugar to taste.
- Vegetable oil - three tablespoons.
- Butter - 100 grams.
- Olive oil - four tablespoons.
Sauce Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - one kilogram.
- Onion - two heads.
- Garlic - four cloves.
- Ground pepper and salt to taste.
- Oregano - a teaspoon.
- Fresh basil - four branches.
- Butter - 40 grams.
- Sugar - half a teaspoon.
- Olive oil - two teaspoons.
For filling:
- Mozzarella Cheese - 500 grams.
- Sausages - 200 grams.
- Parmesan cheese - 100 grams.

When all the products have been prepared, you can start cooking pizza:
- Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast by hand. Add water and vegetable oil to them. Knead the elastic dough and give it a ball shape.
- Pour olive oil into the bottom of a deep bowl, place the dough in it and turn it over several times. Cover the dishes with cling film and place in a warm place for one hour.
- After that, you can start cooking the sauce. To do this, chop the peeled onion, basil and garlic. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin from them and cut them into a cube.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, and then fry the onion on it until golden brown. After a few minutes, add garlic, oregano and salt. Add tomatoes and sugar to them almost immediately.
- Increase the heat, bring the mixture to a boil, and then immediately reduce the heat. Stew the sauce on fire for about 20 minutes. At the very end, put olive oil, basil and ground pepper.
- When the dough is suitable, it should be transferred to the table, rolled into a rectangular shape and greased with soft butter.
- Roll up the workpiece and roll it again. After this operation, fold the layer with an envelope and send it to the refrigerator for one hour.
- Grate the cheese and chop the sausages.
- Roll out the dough in a large circle and put it in a greased form. Press the formation with your hands, forming the bottom and high sides.
- Lay out the filling - first a thick layer of mozzarella, then sausages, sauce and grated parmesan.
Bake pizza for half an hour on the lower tier of the oven. When the dough is browned, the form can be taken out and slightly cool its contents. Slice the treat into portioned pieces and arrange them in plates.

- Peel the tomatoes and chop them with a blender.
- Pour the resulting mass into a deep frying pan and add the ingredients for the sauce to it.
- Bring the food to a boil, and then reduce the heat. Cook the sauce until it thickens. This product can only be used after it has cooled.
- Lubricate a deep frying pan or mold, and then put the dough on it. Stretch the edges so that they lie on the walls of the dishes.
- Put chopped or grated mozzarella on the bottom. Put meat or sausage on it, and then pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle the filling with onion, and on top lay the pepperoni rings.
- Pour the sauce over the filling, and brush the edges of the dough with vegetable oil.
- Garnish the finished construction with grated Parmesan.
